Charism- Is a good that has been given to someone free of charge by god.
Love- Is the way everyone should be treated with. e.g. I can see this with the love that the teachers bring to every lesson. Friendship- Is what needs to be made in marcellins way.e.g. Friendship is evident in the playground everyday at recess and lunch
Loyalty- Is the unwritten law of what needs to be. e.g. We see this in the fact of students ad-hearing to there “contracts”
and handing in assessments, bei8ng respectful, completing work
By having more group and class discussions we can create more loyalty between teachers and students. With the above technique involve this in religious studies to create love among the classes.

Group meetings are very effective in the fact that they are informative for all group members, it lets all group members know whats going on and how things are going. Another effective way to get the group involved is to engage in brainstorming and other, group-
involved activities. Three problems that we can run into are the following;
1-We can become very frustrated at our group members from numerous reasons.
2-We can get frustrated with the work and were to start, what to do?
3-Our team members can begin to fall behind, thus letting the group down.

I have been inspired by a video i have seen of bodyboarding. it is a little off topic, butr it has made me realize you can do something very hard and dangerous, but have fun, and too me it also resembles balance, between focus and fun =]
